My job as a Spiritual Guide and Somatic Life Coach is to help you reconnect to the wholeness that you already are and shed the layers that blind you from your own light. Through an experiential journey in mind, body, heart and soul together we awaken a deep awareness of:

+ The habitual ways, patterns, and beliefs that hold you back

+ The necessary practices to release habits, conditioning, trauma, fears, and beliefs

+ The new way of being that transforms and transcends your limitations

+ The embodiment of this new way of being to fully live from this space

I am a woman always deep diving, following sacred bread crumbs and signs, studying and growing through life and healing myself. Because of this, it’s hard to tag a single label onto who I am and what I do. I’m expansive and ever-evolving, I’m fluid and flexible. I’ll reach into the cosmos to find what you need as you awaken and transform. I bring all of me into coaching sessions, sacred circles, online spaces and courses.

I have three Somatic Coaching packages available, depending on where you are at on your journey, all offering the four pillars of awakening. You can also book into a one-off healing session (90mins) for a quick dose of the magic and medicine I offer.
