Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation, Deposit & GST

A non-refundable deposit of $500 AUD is required to reserve your place at the retreat.

• The deposit does not include GST
• GST is included in the remaining balance of the retreat investment
• All prices are listed in AUD
• Your space is confirmed once payment is received

2. Payment Options & Final Balance

Guests may choose one of the following:

• Payment plan
• Pay-in-full option

Payment plan options will be offered after the deposit is received.

All remaining balances (inclusive of GST) must be paid in full by July 13, 2026.

Failure to complete payment by this date may result in forfeiture of your place and any payments made.

✧ Cancellation & Transfer Policy ✧

Guest Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing.

• The $500 AUD deposit is strictly non-refundable

If you need to cancel:

On or before July 13, 2026
• Any payments made beyond the deposit may be transferred to:
– A future retreat (to be used within 12 months), or
– A private or group container (mentorship or energy healing) offered by Claire Obeid

All transfers are at the host’s discretion.

After July 13, 2026
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, as the retreat is fully committed

• Requests to transfer your place to another guest may be considered with written approval prior to the retreat

No Refunds After Retreat Commencement

Once the retreat has begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including early departure or unused inclusions.

Host Cancellation or Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event the retreat is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to illness, natural events, venue issues, or insufficient enrolment):

• All payments made will be transferred in full to:
– A future retreat, or
– Another offering (including mentorship or energy healing containers)

• No cash refunds will be issued

The host is not responsible for additional costs incurred, including travel or external accommodation.

5. Travel & Insurance

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Byron Bay, NSW.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover:
• Cancellation or interruption
• Illness or injury
• Personal belongings

The host is not responsible for travel delays, disruptions, or changes.

6. Personal Responsibility & Wellbeing

This retreat is a personal wellbeing experience and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Guests are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

Participation in all practices (including breathwork, movement, meditation, and energy work) is voluntary and at your own discretion.

7. Sacred Space & Conduct

This retreat is held as a shared sacred container.

Guests agree to engage with respect, integrity, and care, including honouring the confidentiality of others.

The host reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund or transfer.

8. Liability

Participation is undertaken at your own risk.

The host is not liable for injury, illness, emotional distress, or loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during or after the retreat.

9. Force Majeure

The host shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, government restrictions, or global disruptions.

10. Media Consent

Photos or recordings may be taken during the retreat for promotional use.

If you do not wish to be included, you must notify the host in writing prior to the retreat.

11. Agreement

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
