I’m so excited to introduce you to Nadia Rihani. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Nadia since we were both 19 years old back at University. Nadia, like I, has journeyed through many iterations of self, soul-service, career. Now, as a passionate supporter and advocate for Women navigating Perimenopause (just as I am), I’m thrilled to have her on the Woman Awake podcast.
