Ah, I feel amazing today! So much lighter and freer - magical. I was chanting in yoga this morning and my voice/throat is SO MUCH clearer than it’s been in a long time. Also, feeling frisky so I know the ole sacral has had a clear out too. Man it’s so good - just love your work so much.
