A Strawberry Moon is the term for the full moon that takes place in June. This name originated from Indigenous cultures in North America, who used it to signal the ripening of strawberries and the start of their harvest season. In astrology, the full moon represents the climax of a cycle, a time when the energy reaches its peak, and significant insights or events often occur.

As we approach the 2024 Strawberry Moon, it’s a unique opportunity to reflect on the intentions and goals set during the January 11 Capricorn new moon. Capricorn, known for its disciplined and goal-oriented nature, sets a solid foundation for our aspirations. This full moon is ideal for reassessing those intentions, taking stock of the progress, and making any necessary changes to stay on track as we head into the second half of the year.

Full moons are often seen as moments of clarity and revelation, illuminating our path and encouraging us to embrace transformation. They can also be times of release, allowing us to let go of what no longer serves us. The Strawberry Moon of 2024 invites us to consider what we've learned, where we stand, and how we can adjust our plans to move forward with greater focus and alignment. Ah, I feel amazing today! So much lighter and freer - magical. I was chanting in yoga this morning and my voice/throat is SO MUCH clearer than it’s been in a long time. Also, feeling frisky so I know the ole sacral has had a clear out too. Man it’s so good - just love your work so much.
